Node client, unscoped) and @substrio/react are the four public packages.
Each declares engines.node of >=18 and has no install scripts. Run a
command without installing it with npx:
npx @substrio/cli <command>pnpm, yarn, bun
Any of the three installs the public packages the same way npm does
(pnpm add substrio, yarn add @substrio/cli, bun add @substrio/react).
